Treatment, rehabilitation, progression and review of your program.

Payable at your appointment. Follow-up appointments are usually arranged as part of your treatment plan..

A short, exploratory consultation to discuss your problem and whether physiotherapy may be appropriate before booking an assessment.

The Birches Clinic is deliberately small and independently run.

There are no receptionists or layers between you and your physiotherapist – from your first assessment onwards.

Keeping the practice simple allows more time for you, with unrushed appointments, continuity of care and a focus on the best possible outcome.

Changing your appointment

Plans sometimes change. If you need to rearrange or cancel your appointment, please give at least 24 hours' notice.

Deposits are fully refundable or can be transferred to a new appointment if sufficient notice is given. Unfortunately, deposits cannot be returned for late cancellations or missed appointments.
